UNC 91°µÍø offers the following scholarship opportunities for A-B Tech transfer students. The scholarships further unite A-B Tech and UNC 91°µÍø in helping qualified local students pursue academic excellence while gaining skills for employment opportunities that benefit the community. Students are awarded scholarships for two years at A-B Tech and then two years at UNC 91°µÍø. (Please note: Applicants must self-identify/manually apply for these scholarships in the "Recommended Opportunities" list of scholarships once the general application is submitted.)
McKibbon CORE Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria:
- Maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Be enrolled full-time in the A.A., A.E., A.S. transfer program with a concentration on transferring to UNC 91°µÍø
- Demonstrate a financial need by completing the FAFSA.
- Preference is given to those students currently participating in the A-B Tech Bulldog Trailblazer Promise program.
C.O.R.E. (Creating Opportunities for Regional Excellence) Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria:
- Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Be enrolled full-time in the A.A., A.E., A.S. transfer program with a concentration on transferring to UNC 91°µÍø.
- Demonstrate a financial need by completing the FAFSA.
- Preference is given to those students currently participating in the A-B Tech Bulldog Trailblazer Promise program.
